General Terms and Conditions

Hire

• All hire wigs remain the property of Ray Marston Wig Studio at all times and who have the right to refuse or cancel any hire if the terms and conditions are not agreed to
• One week free fitting is given on all undressed hire wigs, any wigs not returned after the 7^th day of despatch will be charged at the weekly hire rate.
• Any wigs that have been requested to be dressed will still be charged at the dressing fee rate if the hirer changes their mind and no longer wishes to hire them after the dressing has been completed.
• Colouring or cutting of the hire wigs is strictly forbidden and will incur a cost of a repair or full make to replace the altered wig unless approved by Ray Marston Wig Studio Ltd in advance in writing.
• Ray Marston Wig Studio Ltd must be notified immediately and no later than 24 hours after receipt of any damaged wigs that are received by the hirer
• Any hired wigs returned that we deem need excessive cleaning will incur a small cleaning charge of £25.00 + VAT
• All hired wigs will be recorded per individual item prior to leaving the premises, it is therefore the responsibility of the hirer to verify the stock item numbers upon receipt of the goods and any errors or amendments notified to Ray Marston Wig Studio Limited within 24 hours of receipt.
• The condition of all wigs will be visually checked and recorded on the hire from which you will receive a copy of prior to them leaving the premises, any damage which occurs to the wigs during the hire period will be assessed upon return to Ray Marston Wig Studio and charges may be applied accordingly.

Ready Made

• Ready Made Wigs & Facial can be taken on approval for up to 7 days and may be returned during that time in the same condition to include original packaging without charge.
• Until paid in full the Ready Made Wig and/or Facial remain the property of Ray Marston Wig Studio Limited at all times.
• Any Wigs and/or Facial not returned after 7 days will be chargeable in full.
• No refunds can be given on any Ready Made Wigs or Facial that have been purchased unless the goods are noted to be faulty upon opening, in which case we must be notified immediately and not later than 24 hours after receipt
• You are strictly forbidden from cutting, colouring or altering any of the Ready Made Wigs & Facial unless they have been purchased, this includes the lace.

Costs

• Payment is required within 30 days of the date of the invoice and all goods remain the property of Ray Marston Wig Studio Limited until payment has been received in full.

Wigs that are requested to be put on hold will be charged at the weekly rate of £20 + VAT for a maximum of 6 weeks only, after this time the weekly hire charge will apply

• Carriage costs will be included on all invoices and paid for by the hirer
• All our wigs are insured whilst on our premises and during transportation to the desired destination, once you take possession of the wigs it then becomes your responsibility to insure them to the appropriate value.You will also be responsible for insuring the wigs until they are received back to Ray Marston Wig Studio. A valuation of the wigs can be given upon request.
• Damaged or lost wigs will be charged at the cost to repair or make a replacement based on our latest price list.
